Puppies are weird

At breakfast this morning I heard a metallic clank in the hall. I went to check on it, and what to my wondering eyes should appear but my canine brother Rorry attempting to eat a screw. This surprised me. However, that was but a fraction of the surprise I felt when I realized that he managed to remove the screw from the woodwork! We still aren't sure how he did it, but of the four screws in that piece of wood, three are missing. I think we should apprentice him to a carpenter, so long as they don't mind dogs with a screw loose!

Our dog has, on occasion, eaten a whole sock. At least there was a sock in the room earlier and later there was no sock and a dog slinking around.

We think his older canine brother set a bad example for him- Skip tried to eat a seatbelt last week.

Why is it always socks, I wonder?
